Disruptive Thinking wins Blueprint best stand award at 100% Design

The exhibition aims to apply design (methods, thinking, crafts, aesthetics, etc.) to the fields of social research, commentary and performance. The prize was awarded for the show’s engaging and inviting content. From homemade toasters to thermite kettles, space rocket chairs, shoes with hidden keys and mobile phones that enable you to communicate without speaking, the breadth of works enables us to envision what the future may hold in an original and thought provoking way.

Masamichi Udagawa says of the show:
"It expands the utility of design - both culturally and commercially. In the process, this approach invigorates and redefines the field of design itself."
